1. 3+ years of exclusive Experience on the PHP and Mysql.
2. Should have strong knowledge on JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS & OOPS concepts.
3. Also Knowledge on Java, j2ee, or .Net will be an added advantage.
4. Should be good in designing the project individually.
5. Excellent communication, logical and analytical skills.
6. Team oriented builder, leadership, motivation and management.
7. Problem Solving, Decision making and Change management abilities.
8. Handling work pressure to achieve deadlines.
