Customer Care Associate for Telecom process

Job Description:
-He/she should have good communication skills in English and customer-oriented qualities.
-He/she should have basic knowledge in computers (MS Office) is must.
-He/she will be handling inbound or outbound telecom process, willing to work in rotational shifts and should be 18 + years of age.
-Answer customer queries and requests, relating to respective product or services.
-Maintain documentation on customer accounts.
-Abide by Compliance and Quality guidelines set by the Company. Escalate Issues as per guidelines. Be courteous towards Customers.
-Reporting to the team leader for day-to-day functioning should have computer knowledge and open to write 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy excellent team player, energetic and enthusiastic to learn and willingness to work extended hours if required.
-Fluency in any one of the following regional languages: Malayalam/ Kannada/ Telugu /Tamil Customer orientation Achievement orientation Decision making ability High Stress tolerance Emotional stability Creativity Proactive team player Good listener Openness to change Attention to detail Well-developed interpersonal skills Empathetic.

Exp: 0-2yrs

Qualification: Any 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate preferably 2009 pass out

Walk-in Date: 20^th, 21^st, 22^nd, 23^rd, 25^th Jan 2010

Walk-in Time: 10:00am to 04:00pm

Pay Scale: Salary will be around Rs 5300 per month.

Work Location: Chennai
