Job Description:
- Remote monitoring of windows 2003 servers which includes of Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources.
- Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot Web Application and website issues
- Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
- Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to L2/L3 team to diagnose a reported/escalated problem
