Job Description:
-To place an order for clients in cash segment, Equity segment and commodity segment (Dealer)
-Follow up with the clients
-Assisting clients in solving all their queries regarding trading, stocks, funds etc. on IVR line as well as by email.
-Having good experience in trading department.
-Independently handling DIS execution process, New DIS issue process, Transfer and transmission process, Pledging and unpledging process etc.
-Checking fund pay in and pay out of client’s.
-Providing updates to our Banking dept
-Updating fund in client’s respective ledger accounts.
-To follow up the newly activated clients regarding their Online trading query & explain about other services offered by ACMIIL
