-Excellent communication skills.
-Minimum 2.5 yrs experience and thorough knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, AJAX, Java script and the knowledge of Web services & XML.
-Strong database designing skills in SQL 2005
-Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
-Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
-Rapid application development ability.
-Must be ready to hit the ground running.
-Will be responsible for coding and adherence to the specifications.
-Independent, self motivated, and the ability to adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.
-Skilled in managing and co-ordinating the activities of team.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA with CCNA/MCSE
