Job Description: Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all products.
Skills:
-Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
-Routing Protocols
-TCP/ IP and IRQs
-Basic operating systems related to Networking
-Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
-Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
Qualification: BCA/B.Sc / B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc(IT)-2008/2009 passouts

Selection Process: There will be 3 rounds as given below:
-Round I: Voice & Accent
-Round II: Technical test
-Round III: Interviews
NOTE:
-The candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts).
-The candidate should be competent in voice based technical support.
-Candidates have to separately clear each round of the selection process.
-Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period .
