Job Description:
-Managing structured cabling, crimping of network cableand troubleshooting network(Server) related issue.
-Installation and maintenance of Antivirus, Windows software updates & basic security implementation.
-Analyze system performance and recommend hardware upgradations suitably.
Skills:
-Good understand on basics of Database (MySQL & SAP DB), Java applications, Apache web server & Tomcat.
-Knowledge of basic Telecommunication & Mobile communication.
-Excellent knowledge of operating systems – Windows 2k, 2k3 & Redhat Linux.
-Knowledge on Active directory may not be required but should be strong in administrating server and troubleshooting OS/performance related issues
-Good Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Antivirus, Windows software updates & basic security implementation.
-Good knowledge of Server hardware and troubleshooting.
-Excellent knowledge of application / Technical Support environment.
-Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
