Job Description:
-Exp 1- 2 Yrs experience on installations, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Desktops & Laptops.
-Must have worked on HP, IBM & Dell Desktops and LapTop Brands
-Microsoft Certifications (Should have atleast cleared the Windows Client Paper)
-Excellent hands on knowledge in Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
-Must be aware of OS imaging technology
-Exposure / awareness of WDS / MDT would be an advantage
-Thorough hands on experience in Backup & restore operations
