-3+ years of IT exp, of which 1+ years of exp in BPM tools
-Should have good exp on Lombardi BPM tool
-Good exp in J2EE Technologies like Servlets, JSP & Web Services
-Domain Expertise preference – BFSI, Equipment Leasing, Fleet Management, Fleet Leasing
Skills:
-Ability to study existing business processes, defining the Business process flow and modeling
-Involve in design and application development and analysis
-Product Demonstration and Walkthroughs to finalize specifications and end user training
