Job Description:
- An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients.
-The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.
-Typing speed – minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.
-Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must.
-Fast learners with a passion for customer service.
-12th with 6 months work experience.
-Excellent command over English and willing to work in shifts.
-Age:Minimum 19 years of age.
Qualification: UG/Graduate
Exp: 2+yrs
