Job Description:
-Responsible for providing Desktop & Net working support to the branches as well as in Head office.
-System Administration of all the desktops, laptops & printers of Head office & Branches.
-Handling switches modems & wireless routers.
-LAN & WIFI troubleshooting.
-Softwares, windows & Antiviruses updation.
-Providing Outlook express/ MS outlook support, taking data backup & recovering it from outlook.
-Should have good knowledge of IP Addressing, OSI, TCP\IP, Layer Protocols
-Knowledge of Windows Plateforms (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,Windows 2000,Server 2003)
Skills:
-Should have good knowledge of Networking, Switches, Hubs, Routers & modems.
-Should have good communication skills.
