1) Gaming Support – Email & Chat Processes (24 * 7 operations)
2) Chat Sales Process (24 * 7 operations)
3) Domestic Voice Process (Day Shifts)
4) Collections Process (US Shifts)
5) Inbound / Outbound Voice (US shifts)
Skills:
-Excellent command over Spoken / Written English
- Working Knowledge of Windows and Internet
- Work in Shifts for international processes.
Qualification: UG/Graduate
Exp: Fresher
