-Exposure to custom applications/pages, web Parts development using Object Model programming in WSS/MOSS
-.Net programming skills and concepts
-Exposure to MOSS configurations and awareness of MOSS features like Enterprise Search, BDC, BI and Reporting
-Exposure to SQL Server 2005
-Good Knowledge on WSS Features
-Understanding of Workflow applications using WWF and Custom workflows
-Experience with Enterprise-level deployments of SharePoint in multi-server farms with multiple environments
-Understanding of JavaScript and CSS
-XSLT, WCF and Silver Light
-Customer Interfacing, Good Communication Skill
