Job Description:
-Building our internal databank with relevant CV’s clearly marked, easily accessible to all recruiters and shall upload all the CV’s accordingly into our database.
-Handling End to End recruitment activities right from identifying the candidates, screening of profiles, scheduling interviews, interview follow-up and acceptance of offer by candidates and joining our client.
-Conducting the initial round of interview to check the candidates on various aspects i.e. Availability, willingness etc.
-Performing reference checks on candidates
-Source, screen & interview potential candidates for contract opportunities.
-Recruit candidates through database searches, portals, headhunting, referrals, networking & cold calling.
-Coordinating and conducting on campus interviews & meeting recruitment targets
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly trackers on the status of all requirements.
