Job Description:
-Responsible for meeting the SLA for all interactions.
-Responsible for Day-to-day functioning of team-Provide Level 2 or 3 support
-Handling support interactions on Phone/Email/Chat
-Knowledge Base creation
-Handling Support during implementation
-Knowledge of managing/conducting support interactions on Phone/Email/Chat
-Report, issues with the product found during test or through feedback form Customer Obtain regular feedback from Customer regarding quality of service and areas for improvement
Skills:
-Good Knowledge of RDBMS packages preferably MS SQL Server 2000/2005.
-Exposure to programming languages like C/C++ or .Net Technologies will be an added advantage.
-Exposure to DBA activities like Replication, Disaster Recovery etc.,
-Individually worked out on trouble shooting issues ranging from Functionality issues to Performance issues
-Exposure to debugging the applications.
-Good exposure on using various tools that aid in troubleshooting.
-Handhold customers.
-Good Fundamentals of Windows Operating Systems.
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Customer Focus.
