Job Description:
-Six months hard core training in the field of commercial vehicle finance division /Consumer Durable Finace Division, learning about various product verticals of the branches.
-It Includes identification of right customers, customer’s interaction, servicing and relationship building and finding new scopes to increase the volume of the business accordingly
-On successful completion of training period, they will be absorbed as Assistant manager/Assistant product manager or equivalent managerial positions BASED ON THEIR PERFORMANCE DURING THEIR TRAINING PERIOD.
-Age should be less than 25 years
