Job Description: – Visualize and guide the team to create highly creative solutions in line     with client briefs.
- Understand and communicate the client requirements
- Manage on-time and within spec delivery.
- Translating both product specification documents and low- and      high-fidelity product prototypes into front-end interface components and      templates.
- Responsible for designs in line with clients brand strategy across     everything interactive: web,banners, popups, landing pages, email     campaigns etc.
- Expert in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and possess familiarity with the     standards for each of these.
- Should be comfortable driving the ONLINE design direction &     collaborating with project Managers & programmers to create the best     possible Interactive creative.
- Responsible for aligning online designs with Strategy.
- Exhibits expertise on all online design & usability trends.
