-Making technical documents for Windows servers.
-This includes offshore operations manual to manage, Windows servers
-Responsible for Resolving Escalated issue.
-Will make sure that the Tickets raised per shift are closed in the required time limits and escalated as per the escalation Matrix
-Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2k8, Win2K, Win2K3
-Managing Citrix farm Environment
-Maintenance of Vmware Virtual Environment.
Skills:
-Wintel, Citrix, Vmware
-Experience in Windows Administration/Citrix/VMware.
-You should be able to handle Level 3 Support
