Qualification: Any Graduate with CCNA
Exp: 0-2yrs
Job Description:
-Technical Process
-Handling inbound calls/outbound calls/emails of corporate customers pertaining to technical queries & complaints.
-Booking complaints/queries, providing updates and following up with the customer.
Skills:
-People with 6months+ experience in a call center (would be an added advantage).
-Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills are mandatory
-Good Communication Skills (Fluency in English, grammar, sentence construction and clarity of thought)
-Confident and self motivating attitude
-Age: between 20 – 30yrs. (Preferred)
-Additional Diploma course or Degree done in Networking/ Telecom, Computer Science would be an added advantage.
