Job Description:
-Perform SMS administration functions on a global basis, support and oversee incident and problem resolution of the operations.
-Manages the process of SMS software delivery package creation, software pushes to clients, SMS client/server communication configuring and troubleshooting, hardware/software inventory maintenance, SMS infrastructure documentation, and develops processes.
-Manage Microsoft Operations Manager infrastructure and support its monitoring for SMS health status.
-Meet the SLA & OLA for the SMS operations.
-Meet all Ford Security and control process, provide assistance to the SMS engineering teams as required.
