Qualification: BE / MCA / MSc (IT/Computer Science)

Exp: 3-7yrs

Job Description:

-Translates logical design or Module Spec into physical program specifications

- Develops and integrates IT solutions
- Collaborates with System Designer/Analysts, Architects, RACF team and Senior Developers to establish the access for application (e.g. libraries, reuse modules, development environments)
- Develops and executes unit test and integration plans and scripts to validate that application modules meet technical specifications
- Creates production support documentation
- Performs data migration/conversion activities
- Responsible for meeting SLA’s on Production support of assigned applications
- Responsible for deliverables on Development/enhancements and Production support of assigned applications
- Responsible for Analysis, coding and unit testing.
- Provides technical guidance to team and co-ordinates with other groups for integration testing and deployment to deliver on quality and time
- Effectively communicates with the customer on a day-to-day basis, resolves action items and escalates to the relevant people, on need basis
- Is a technical SPOC for the assigned application(s)

Skills: Proficient in programming languages, comprising of COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, IMS DB, DC, JCL with good database experience.
