Job Description:
-Team Leader Operation is responsible for overall management of the process(s) at Tech Mahindra Ltd.
-He/She is responsible for meeting client deliverables and managing team performance.
-The Operations Team Leader is responsible for the functional areas of Service delivery, quality metrics, client management & people management
Skills:
-Supervises and support team members to ensure that customer service is consistent with or exceeds client’s quality service standards.
-Assists in implementing the process service plan;
-Bring continuous improvement in process management and team performance
-Has good understanding on call arrival patterns,
-Assist Manager in supervisory functions.
-Maintaining MIS reports as per client’s requirement Leadership/Teamwork
-Monitor team performance.
-Help team in executing the goals assigned
-Provides recognition to team members
