Job Description:
-Repackaging of complex corporate applications.
-Creation and configuration of vendor specific applications for packaging environments.
-Ensuring quality of all packages produced by the team, by carrying out QA checks.
-Performing isolation, conflict management on applications to ensure that applications have been correctly conflict resolved before release.
-Provide technical support and advice to users
-Assist in integrating, configuring, installing and testing infrastructure solutions/applications from multiple vendors
-Perform comprehensive functionality tests for all packaged applications.
-Troubleshooting applications using tools like In Control, RegMon, FileMon, and Picture taker
Skills:
-Experience with managing and supporting Windows desktop environment
-Experience with working on Windows Operating Systems
-Experience with application troubleshooting under Windows environment from an installation/packaging point of view
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English and listening skills)
-Candidate should be a quick learner.
-Should have demonstrated in the past quick learning capabilities – e.g. worked on a project without a given skill but acquired those skills quickly
-Must be a team player
