-The candidate (Experience-bankers, retired/VRS optees, in scale III and above) should ideal be below 62 years of age, with a minimum experience of 5 years as Branch Head.
-He/She should be medically fit, enterprising, aggressive and mature to accept challenges of business development and branch growth.
-Candidates above 30 years of age with minimum 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance stream as Branch Head may also apply.
