Job Description:
-Working experience in technical voice support is mandatory.
-Good Verbal and Written skills
-Neutral accent
-Call control both inbound and outbound
-Situation handling on calls
-Basics of technology – L1 Support (Presales/Postsales)
1. OS -Windows/Linux/UNIX support
2. Networking components, etc
-Willing to work in shifts
-ITIL knowledge advantage
-Good Analytical & logical skills
-Eagerness to learn
-Positive attitude & approach
-Team player
-Good Knowledge of quality & process
