Job Description:
-Achieve Business Objectives of turnover, revenue and product mix. -Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling also.
-Business generation from new and existing clients with strong services attitude.
-Responsible for handling relationships of clients.
-Acquisition of Active Trader clients Providing financial planning & Investment Advise.
-Generating leads through different sales activities, references etc.
-Identify the customer requirement and need gaps and work towards bridging the same Direct Marketing with cold calling and follow up with clients.
-Generate activity and sales reports as per company requirements.
Skills:
-Should have minimum experience of 2yrs in the broking industry in a similar function.
-Ability to advise and handle relationships of top end clients.
-Should be proficient & well versed in equity, derivatives and commodity products Knowledge of other financial products like Insurance & Mutual Fund Good Communication and Sales Skills.
-Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills.
-Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
