JD: Customer Care Process. US based inbound process. 24*7 work environment. Voice Process. The candidate would be required to handle the inbound call queries from offshore customers. Excellent communication skills in English is a must. Flexibility to work in any rotational shifts. Basic knowledge of computers. Graduates & under-graduates can apply. Freshers can apply too.
note: B.E./B.Techs not eligible. Regular candidates not eligible.
