Job Description: 1. To lead the development of complex .Net application
2. To lead a team of 3-5 .Net developers for coding, unit testing, bug fixing, product support, documentation.
3. To review the code and documentation of peers. 5-8 years experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, installing and maintaining complex software programs
• Demonstrated ability in instructing, guiding and overseeing the work of team members.
• Experience in Estimation for .NET applications.
• Experience in requirements development, traceability, and change management.
• Experience in testing methodology & life cycle.
• Experience in using configuration management tool and managing software code versions
• Exposure to quality management systems such as CMMi
