JD: 4+ years experience in conceptualization and web designing. Thorough exposure of HTML, CSS, Graphic Tools (Adobe, Macromedia), Flash (preferably with actionscript), and JavaScript etc is a must. Creative flair coupled with excellent communication skills is a must.
