Skills: Any Graduate in any discipline. Candidates pursuing graduation through Distance learning (Correspondence) can be considered. Working knowledge of computers. Total collections experience of 6 months – 3 years. Team Player. Strong Verbal communication skills. Flexible to work in shifts. Confident and self motivating attitude. High levels of enthusiasm.
JD: Should have 6 months to 1.5years experience in an international voice process. Experienced in any process (customer service, collections, telemarketing, etc.) or domain (finance, insurance, retail, etc). Should have a sound understanding of MS Office tools. Possess excellent English speaking and Analytical skills. Candidates willing to work in night shifts need only apply.
