JD: Should have in depth knowledge of xaml, WPF and Silverlight 2.0. Is proficient with tools such as Microsoft Blend 2.0 or higher and graphic authoring tools such as Photoshop. Has experience and a good understanding of Infragistics toolsets for WPF and Silverlight. Has experience in multimedia. Can demonstrate previous works. Can deliver works to specifications. And most importantly has a creative flare.
