JD: Design, develop, maintain and support complex cost benefit analysis application. Plans, directs and participates in system implementation. Explains the functional aspects of developed computer systems to users. Resolves system problems, carries out the investigation, coding, testing and implementation of non-complex system fixes. Ensures standards, policies and procedures related to the IT systems development environment are followed. Provides input into the formulation of IT standards and policies relevant to application system development.
