-Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, JSF, Struts, Hibernate, Webservices, AJAX, XML, UML, Websphere, SAO, EJB, JBoss, JMA, JAAS, JCA, JavaIDL, JNDI, STAX, ICEfaces, JAXB, JAX WS.
-Should have experience in struts framework, spring framework, hibernate.

-Should be ready to guide technical specialist in problem solving
-Experience in using JBoss seam framework is a big plus
-Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills is a must.
-Should be expert in SOA/ webservices area.
