Job Description:
-Resolution of problems relating to the IDMS and associated CA software
-Planning and installation of upgrades/new software when required.
-Planning and application of IDMS patches to fix identified problems
-Performance analysis and capacity planning of IDMS environment
-Providing input to the planning/implementation of Disaster Recovery tests when required.
-Creation and maintenance of documentation
-Reviewing and approving change control plans.
Skills:
-Strong knowledge and experience in IDMS resp. DB2
Knowledge of the following would be an added advantage:
-zOS or VM system and CA or other vendors’ products
