Advanced project management skills – scheduling, resourcing, training, monitoring, cost control, ensuring quality of releases etc
Demonstrated ability to grasp risks associated with project delivery and the ability to manage and mitigate risks
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ability to review and ensure accurate effort estimation

PMI certification desirable
