Job Description:
The job requires high degree of Interpersonal skills with a track record of building cordial working relationship in handling Production /Quality & Support Team of Technical & non-technical employees.
Skills:
-Candidates should be proficient in automated assembly technique both in through
whole & SMT technique
-Must be capable of handling medium & large volumes
-Has to monitor In process & out going quality
-Has to perform as Management representative for ISO 9001 : 2000 standards
-Has to help in Quality awareness within the organization & to build a quality culture
-To work & communicate with people across the organization
-To work under pressure and additional hours when required
-Responsible for getting target level of performance from the team
-Team Motivation, Retention, Run Quality checks on the team

-Generating daily MIS Reports
-Lead a Product / Portfolio/Centre with complete responsibility
-Contribute to the development and attaining of short & long-term goals
-Provide functional support & direction to the team
-Good communication, organization & Team Building Skills
