-13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone.
-Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.
-Document calls and issues in case management tools.
-Good decision maker.
-Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
-Willing to work in different time zones.
-Freshers 2008 batch only
