Job Description:
Training
Imparting the appropriate training to each BD team member as per the guidelines and procedure set by US office
Assessing the training needs of BD team and preparing a training plan Monitor progress after imparting training
Planning
Planning sales and marketing strategies for the BD team as per directions from US office
Planning and running internal meetings and ensuring effective follow up
Team management
Monitoring the activities and progress of BD team
Mentoring the team by providing guidance & assistance in lead generation, prospecting, and other BD activities
Motivating the team to achieve the desired goals, improve morale and productivity of the team.
Counseling, handling grievances, ensuring discipline, helping and enabling the BD team with their challenges
Reporting
Reporting to the US team on daily/weekly and monthly progress of the team and achievements
Coordination
Co-ordinating with Marketing team for campaigns, Database updates & market intelligence
Direct Sales
Prospecting and Developing pre-sales accounts
Brand building
Formulate and implement brand building strategies for Reporting House
Market research
Direct the market research activities of BD team (for lead generation, sourcing new data or penetrating new markets or industry verticals)
Recruitment
Assist in selection and recruitment of new team members, participate in job interviews and provide recommendations to US office.
Performance appraisal
Regularly monitor the performance of each BD team member and conduct performance appraisals at designated time periods as per company procedure.
Skills:
-Excellent communication skills.
-Willing to work in the night shift.
