Technical Support Engineer
Education: Graduate / PG with CCNA / CCNP Certification
Job Description:
Interface with SOHO customers, provide remote technical support on network concept, and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting.
Skills:
-Prior experience in Networking and Hardware support
-Wireless and Wired Networking concepts
-Basic understanding of all Operating Systems.
-Decent knowledge on troubleshooting for firewall and Proxy servers.
-Should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
-Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
-Willingness to work in international time zones & relocation to Chennai are a must.
-Willing to provide 24/7 support to international customers

-Experience in voice based technical or customer support.
-Prior experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
-Knowledge on home networking
-Proficiency in windows based operating system navigation

-Willing to work in night shifts
-Willing to provide 24/7 support to US based customers
