Job Description:
-Will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues with regards to operating systems and the product.
Skills:
-Excellent in communication skills
-Excellent tech skills in operating systems
-The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and customer handling skills
-Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must
-Willingness to work in US time zones & relocation to Chennai are a must.
