-Expertise in ASP/VB/.NET/XML technology, databases (MSSQL Server and Oracle) and knowledge of Microsoft products.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in design and development of software projects/products. Should have exposure to all phases of SDLC.
-Strong Interpersonal and Team management skills.
-Effort estimation and project management skills.
-Strong communication skills with exposure to customer interaction.
-Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
-Knowledge of SEI-CMM standard and software quality testing methodologies & tools
