- Make clients (US) calls.
-Handle Outbound & Inbound calls (US)
- Processing the orders.
- Preparational of Daily operational MIS Reports.
- Should be flexible for night shift.
Skills:
-Experience in Outbound or Inbound is must.
- MS Office Knowledge.
-Flexibility to work in shifts is must.
- Should be a good team player.
- Good written and verbal Communication skills.
