The candidate will be responsible to delight our customers with outstanding levels of customer service delivered over Live Chat and Emails. Our customer service center is staffed 24×7, and the candidate should be flexible working in shifts.
Skills:
- Excellent English
- Schooling from a reputed English Medium School
- Understanding of Computers and Windows Environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in Shifts
- Typing speed of atleast 30 wpm
- Live in or Around Noida
